Educational Innovation Festival 2018

Today Educational Innovation Festival 2018 was conducted at DIET, Navsari. Various dignities attended the program. School teachers from all over the Navsari District showed their innovation in educational field. Our school teachers Hasubhai Patel, Neetaben Patel, Snehaben Patel and Hinaben Patel also showcased their respected innovation in education. All in all a wonderful experience.

School Health Program

Today School Health Program (Shala Arogya Saptah) was conducted at the school. The students from 1st standard to 8th standard were examined by the Medical Doctors for any medical condition. The doctors also gave advice on how to be healthy and active by following simple and helpful instructions regarding diet and exercise as well.

Teleconference about Periodical Assessment

Today Teleconference about Periodical Assessment was on BISAG. The teachers from Standard 3 to 8 viewed the event at the school. The State Government is implementing this assessment method from next Saturday onwards with the vision of creating a holistic education environment. The school staff is well prepared with positive outlook and are hoping to give their best for the betterment of society.

Wonderful appeal by Gandevi BRC Co-Ordinator Shri Hardikbhai Soni

Survey regarding Out of School Students/Children is going on in Gujarat State. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is now transformed into Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan and children from age 04 to 18 who are not currently taking formal education are being searched out, in order to provide them the education they deserve at their given age.

Eco-Friendly Diwali

Yesterday various activities regarding Eco-Friendly Diwali were conducted at the school. The Diwali Vacation is round the corner. Students should enjoy the Diwali Festival with taking Environment into consideration. The students make Diwali Greeting Cards with Eco-Friendly Celebration message. Various awareness video regarding Eco-Friendly Diwali celebration was also shown to the students on projector thanks to Somnath School. A Eco-Friendly Diwali pledge was also taken by students who were determinded to celebrate the festival Eco-Friendly. The Principal Ms. Neeta Patel and students went to village to raise the awareness regarding the said subject.

National Unity Day Celebration

Today we celebrated National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas) at the school. The staff members and the students took pledge for unity which provided an opportunity to re-affirm the inherent strength and resilience of our nation to withstand the actual and potential threats to the unity, integrity and security of our country. The intent is to pay tribute to Vallabhbhai Patel, who was instrumental in keeping India united. It is to be celebrated on 31 October every year as annual commemoration of the birthday of the Iron Man of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, one of the founding leaders of Republic of India.

Today the Ekta Yatra Rath came to the Talodh Village. The School Principal, staff members and students welcomed it. Free Distribution of Swapnadrashta

Consulting The Divyang Children

Today a consultation of Divyang Children was done by Shri Sujit D. Rathod (BRP-IED). The children were examined and were given guidance regarding their disabilities. In a very caring and loving manner he interacted with the children and provided useful information to the staff as well.

Today PM Narendra Modi received UN's Champions of the Earth Award. PM Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron were jointly awarded the honour for their pioneering work in championing the International Solar Alliance and promoting new areas of cooperation on environmental action. Gandhi Jayanti Celebration

Today Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated at the school. In the morning a Prabhat Pheri was conducted in which various parts of the village were visited by teachers and students. After that a prayer assembly was conducted. In which various prayers were sung. The teaching of Gandhiji and his views on cleanliness was read by Ronak Patel. Various prize was distributed to the bright students of the school by Sarpach Shri Gulabbahi Patel and Deputy Sarpanch Shri Vipulbhai Patel. School bags were also distributed by the school staff which were provided by Inner Wheel Club.

Electoral Work

Electoral Work was conducted on 30/09/2018. Various forms like 6, 7, 8 and 8 k were filled at Booth  No. 61 to 66. The villagers came to huge number to take advantage of this program. Tetanus Vaccination

Today Tetanus Vaccination Camp was held at the school. Students of Class 1 and Class 4 were given this Vaccination by the PHC Talodh. It is a The vaccine is also known as DTaP, which helps protect young children from diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis or whooping cough. A thanks to the medical team who provided their service at the school.

Today special drawing class was conducted at the school. Gayatriben Mohanbhai Mistri (ATD, Fine Arts) came to teach drawing skills to the students. The students took part in the class with great  enthusiasm and enjoyed the fine arts class.

Electoral Awareness Program at Gramsabha

On 26/09/2018 Electoral Awareness Program was held at Gramsabha of Talodh. The BLOs of the Talodh Village read the Electoral Roll and gave detailed information regarding various forms like Form 6, Form 7, Form 8 and Form 8 c. Many villagers to attended the Gramsabha and gained useful knowledge regarding this subject.

Inauguration of Girls Toilet and Drinking Water Facility By Inner Wheel Club

Today the Inner Wheel Club, Bilimora inaugurated the Girls Toilet and Drinking Water Facility at the school. It was a great need of the school and the Inner Wheel Club came forward to help establish the said facilities. The Club members gathered at the school and a wonderful event took place where many sports equipment, school bags, shoes and other stationary were also distributed by the generous club members. Visit to Ramji Temple

On 22/09/2018 a visit to Ramji Temple was organized. The staff members took the students to the temple for the worship of Lord Ganesha as Ganeshotsav was going on. The students enjoyed the trip and were excited to visit the famous temple of Talodh village with their friends. All in all a wonderful experience for all.

Khel Mahakumbh (School Level)

On Third week of September 2018 Khel Mahakubh was conducted at the school. A school level sports day was organized and the students took part with great enthusiasm. Various games were conducted including race, long jump, shot put, kho-kho, kabbadi, etc. It was a great experience for the kids as sports truly helps a person to build strength and discipline.

On 15th September 2018 Ganesh Visarjan took place. The three day worship was completed with Aarti, Thal, Bhajan, etc. The students showed their devotion towards the Lord Ganesha. The staff along with students conducted the visarjan at Ambica rivar. A most memorable day indeed.

Welcome of Lord Ganesha Idol

On 11th September 2018 Lord Ganesha's Idol was brought to school with a great celebration. This year it was our students' suggestion that Ganesh Chaturthi should be celebrated in the school and thus it was decided that Lord Ganesha's Idol would be brought to school and a three day puja, arti and archana should take place. A great joy was among the students and many volunteered to make the small mandap for the idol too. The student danced with joy while bringing the Idol and celebrated one of the greatest festival of India.

Kala Mahakumbh 2018 (South Gujarat Zone Level) Achievement

On 28 August 2018 our Star Student Neha Amarnath Prajapati participated in the Kala Mahakumbh 2018 South Gujarat Zone Level and we are pleased to announce that she came 3rd in Harmonium Vadan Competition (age group 15 to 20 years) at Zone level. A big congratulation to the Neha and to the Shala Kalavrund for their achievement. Once again we will like to express a special thanks to Principal Neetabahen J. Patel and Assistant Teacher Snehabahen R. Patel for their effort towards training the students with great care and devotion. Keep up the great work in the Arts field.

Today craft work was conducted in the school in which the school students participated in making various paper bags. Students from all the standards joined in this wonderful creative activity in their spare time. The staff members guided the students for making a nice paperbag out of old newspapers. Independence Day 2018 Celebration

Today Independence Day was celebrated at the school. The Village Sarpanch Shri Gulabbhai Patel, Deputy Sarpanch Vipulbhai Patel, Panchayat body, SMC Members, parents, villagers celebrated the historic occasion with the school students and the staff members. The flag salutation was done by Shri Gulabbhai Patel. He also gave a wonderful speech regarding the event and also praised the school for its many achievements. He had also provided snacks and sweets for the students. A vali samelan was also conducted in which Gandevi BRC Co-ordinator Shri Hardikbhai Soni Sahab gave information regarding Mission Vidhya. He also appreciated the efforts done by the school in the education field as well as vali sampark and students attandence. Inner Wheel club members Vanitaben, Namitaben and Hinaben also came and celebrated the event. They also distributed chocolates to the students.

Today a pressnote about Vali samela was there in Divyabhaskar Newspaper. The school staff, SMC members and local governing body are working hard to raise the attendence of the students of Devipoojakvas. Talodh Kala Vrund is an innovative concept applied at our beloved school. The students should be good at acadamic level but also be active in various Arts. At Talodh Primary School Music, Dance and Drawing are also taught. Talodh Kala Vrund was form by Neeta J. Patel, the Principal of the school and it is very much active in the artistic field. Vali Samelan at Devipoojakvas

Today the school staff along with Village Sarpanch Shri Gulabbhai Patel, Deputy-Sarpanch Shri Vipulbhai Patel and SMC members visited Devipoojakvas of Talodh. Devipoojakvas is a big area in Talodh Village and a huge portion of the students come from this particular area. The Devipoojak Community is a unique in many ways, it has lots of devotion and sentiments towards tradition and social interactions. They are also famous for their folk culture too. Because of their life style and livelihood, the attendance of the students is often a cause of worry for their educational empowerment and thus a visit to Devipoojakvas was arranged. A great gathering was formed and a lots of positive communication took place. A really successful visit indeed. Hoping for the best results....

Visit by Shri Sunilkumar H. Dholi Saheb (IAS)

Today Shri Sunilkumar H. Dholi Saheb (IAS), Director of Prohibition & Excise Department, Gandhinager, Gujarat Government visited Talodh Primary School regarding Mission Vidya. Shri Hardikbhai Soni, BRC was the liaison officer. Sunilkumar Sir gave a motivational speech to the dear children and to the staff as well. Deputy Sarpanch Shri Vipulbhai Patel and SMC members also met with the honorable guest. 

Mission Vidya is an ambitious project by the Govenment of Gujarat to get the slow learners along with the main stream ones. The basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills are worked upon. With the help of SMC members, Local governing body as well as the parents this project will surely bare positive effect. Padhega Bharat, Badhega Bharat.

Today there was a Pressnote in Divyabhaskar Newspaper and Gujarat Gardian Newspaper (29-07-18) regarding the Kala Mahakumbh result. Our school students won first and second place in two competition at Cluster level. A really joyous day for us. We really feel proud that the students with their great devotion and determination can achieve any thing and this is just an example through which others can take inspiration. Every student is special in his or her own way. What is important that they examine themselves and express their inner creativity with a positive manner. We would also like to express our gratitude to our Principal Ms. Neetabahen J. Patel, who trained the students with great love and care. Aluna Vrat Celebration Day 4

The fourth day of the aluna vrat celebration. The girls who are doing the vrat were given fruits for fasting. The school staff contributed for the fruits. And thus all the students of standard 1 to 5 were given fruits.

Kala Mahakumbh 2018 (Block Level) Achievement

Today our students took part in Kala Mahakumbh 2018 competition at Block level. Neha Amarnath Prajapati came 1st in Harmonium Vadan Competition (age group 15 to 20 years). Nency P. Patel, Kirti J. Patel, Vidhuti A. Thoriya, Anjali S. Rathod and Jyoti Butiya took part in Lagnageet (age group 6 to 14 years), the group secured a second place. Rupak Shaileshbhai Patel assisted as Tabla Sangat. Jayesh Tivari served as side rhythm. A big congratiulation to all the students who took part in the competition.

Today was the third day of the aluna vrat celebration. It was a special day and the students participated in the veshbhusa program. They students were really keen and enthusiastic. Thus making the school atmosphere warm and joyful.
